Patty Reed Therapy

I’m passionate about helping adults, teens, and partners understand themselves, their experiences and emotions, and their needs. It is my deep belief that we all make sense in the context of our own stories, and it is my hope to provide a safe space for you to feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore your own context and experience. I work with individuals and partners experiencing a wide variety of issues. The majority of my practice focuses on working with relationship issues, emotional acceptance and regulation, dissociation, shame, religious trauma, queer issues, and exploration of gender and sexuality. My approach is relational and client-led. I'll work collaboratively with you to build a safe, warm, and secure therapeutic relationship where we can determine what you are hoping for in therapy, help you feel calm, comfortable, and safe, and create space for the growth you want to see.
